Rural Life Museum
Housed in a Victorian farmhouse featuring the 14th century barn of Glastonbury Abbey. The museum looks at life in rural Somerset, through the 19th and earlier 20th centuries. The cider apple orchard is home to beehives and rare breeds of sheep and poultry. Farming and craft demonstrations take place throughout the summer.

Burcott Mill
Burcott Mill is a historic working water mill where you can take a small guided tour to see flour being made. Also on offer is a country tea room, pets and picnic area and children’s playground.
Wilkin’s Farmhouse Cider
A local producer and celebrity hang out! Visitors have included Johnny Rotten, the late Joe Strummer and Toploader. This is the real stuff, which you can watch in production, sample and buy. Perfect for a summer afternoon.

Rich’s Farmhouse Cider
Cider has been produced at Rich’s Cider Farm for over 50 years. Sample the traditional ciders, cheese and liquors. Watch them being made, and visit their farm shop where you can buy local preserves, clotted cream and crafts.
Peat Moors Visitor Centre
The interpretation centre for the Avalon Marshes celebrating the life, archaeology, history and natural history of the Somerset Levels and Moors. Craft demonstrations and living history displays.
